How can I choose the right size for me?

To select the appropriate size, please use the size table included with each product.

How quickly are orders processed?

Estimated order processing time for shipments
domestic is 1-5 business days. The expected order processing time for international shipments is 3-7 business days. The maximum order processing time should not exceed 14 business days.

Is it possible to ship abroad?

We ship orders worldwide.

Is personal pickup possible?

Personal pickup of each order is possible. Pick-up is possible in Warsaw, at the boutique at ul. Mokotowska 24. When placing an order, please provide this information in the comments.

How to make a return?

Any product that is in pristine condition and has its original tags may be returned or exchanged without giving a reason. The consumer should send the returned Goods together with the return form to the following address:

Koszykowa 14/6, 00-564 Warsaw.

Whose responsibility is the cost of shipping the return?

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

How many days from the date of purchase do I have to return the goods?

The Customer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days. The deadline is counted from the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer.

We accept classic bank transfer, payment via Przelewy24 and cash on delivery.
